how to install sp3 w/o internet connection

I downloaded and saved sp3 to disk then tried to install on other computer
w/o connection. Error : the server name or address could not be resolved.
Solution?
 
All I can think of is that you aren't using the complete one. Have you
compared what you are doing with the instructions in the deployment guide?
