How to install Outlook 2007 after installing the rest of beta2?

I held off installing outlook 2007 when installing the office 2007 suite,
since it cannot run side by side with 2003.

Now I wish to give a try. How?

When I run the setup program from the download I cannot change the install
option for outlook from "not available" to run from computer.

bug?
 
uninstall office - both 2007 and 2003 - and reboot then reinstall office
2007.
