How to install driver with power user.

Hi,

How can I install all devices driver with power user? There is a way in
Vista with ClassGuid but I'm using windows xp sp2.
I enabled for power user "Load and unload device drivers" policy and I gave
permission following folders.

c:\windows\inf
c:\windows\system32\catroot

and gave full control for power users following registry keys

-hkcu
-hklm\system
-hklm\software\microsoft
-hklm\hardware

but problem keeps going.
