how to insert the picture of employee against his concurrent cell

Hi to all

I want to add the picture of every employee against its related cell with
reference to each employe ID no. Like we can do in access or any database
report. in one sheet I want to create the report like we can do in crystal
report 11 (which has picture option)

Got to Debra Dalgeish's site for a sample workbook from Bernie Dietrick for
adding pictures via selections.

Allows for more than one picture to be displayed on a sheet but also
requires the pictures be stored on same sheet.
