how to insert = sign with the help of mouse in excel

Is it possible to put = sign and then select any cell and then put + or -
sign and then click tick (ok) with the help of mouse, without using keyboard
at all ?

View > Toolbars > Customize... > Commands > Insert >
and drag the "=", "+", "-" buttons to the toolbar.

These buttons can then be accessed with the mouse.

You can enter the = sign if you have the = sign Icon on your toolbar.

You can then select another cell and then enter the + or - sign if you have
those Icons on the Toolbar, but you will have to use the keyboard to hit
ENTER key.
