How to insert pictures

I am using PPT 2003. I am having trouble inserting pictures into a slide
show I have already made. When i insert the picture it automaticly zooms in
on it so i cann'tr see much of it. How can I change that. Thanks

In slide show or normal view mode? For normal view, after inserting, try
pressing Ctrl-Z to undo and see if it works. If you meant the zoom in effect
during slide show, click Slide Show > Custom Animation. Click on the picture
and find the effect that has been added. Then, delete away the zoom effect
(should be emphasis: grow/shrink). If you can't find it, check in the Slide
Master (View > Master > Slide Master).

It sounds as if your picture is bigger than you really need for PPT. See

"right-sizing" your graphics for PPT.

Also - after you have inserted the picture - view menu > zoom > 30%

to see if that helps
