How to insert pictures from file with an auto size scale in ppt 20

when I interst pictures from files, if the picture is larger than the ppt
size,then the pitcure looks much larger and I use format>>> size>>>scale to a
percent, then the picture looks fit.
I used office xp before, it can auto size it according to ppt page size.
But when I use office 2003, it can't.
I have to format it one by one.
How to configure it as an auto size?
