How to insert hyperlink into a form

Has anyone inserted a hyperlink into a form? I'm referencing a file, but
even playing around with a www.whatever.com address, it won't hyperlink and
the option to hyperlink doesn't seem to be available.
 
I was able to create the label and modify the caption with the text that
needs to be hyperlinked... but where does the code go?
 
In form design mode, click the View Code button on the right side of the toolbar.
