How to insert an HTML file as the content of an Outlook message?

I'm using Outlook 2003. I have an HTML document that contains the formatted
content of the entire e-mail message I want to send. How can I insert the
HTML file intact as my e-mail message?

'Tools|Options|Mail Format', select HTML as your mail format and use the
"Stationary Picker" to select your HTML file.
