how to include a disclaimer at bottom of outgoing email

Hi guys,

I'm trying to include a legal disclaimer at the bottom of my outgoing mails.
I would like it to be interactive so that the recipient's name appears in the
message automatically.

Help!

Just create a signature that includes the person's name and underneath that
put your disclaimer. That's what we have where I work. Then we just copy
the whole signature (except for name) when we set up a new user and just add
their name.
