Adding a Disclaimer on all outgoing emails

I would like to add a disclaimer on all outgoing messages, however I wish this to appear as an attachment.
I currently have set up on all individual mail boes within the signature, but when received by a 3rd party outlook complains about the attachment and blocks it...
