how to Import you Word mail recipient list to microsoft outlook

Using MS Word 2003 and MS Outlook Office 2003. How do you copy or import
your mail recipient lists from MS Word and get them into your Outlook
Contacts?

What "recipients lists" do you mean? Normally, Word uses the Contacts
folder in Outlook to obtain the recipients.
