How to import Outlook 2003 files to Outlook Express 6

Does anyone know how I can import my Outlook 2003 files (*.pst & *.pab) into
Outlook Express 6? I'm running Outlook 2003 at work, and Outlook Express 6
at home.

Messages can be imported vi the OE Import menu option. An Outlook Express
group is best to ask in for more information.
