how to import .csv to outlook 2007

hi, does anyone know how to import .csv into outlook2007, i could not find a
way to import .csv into my contact, and also there is no way to import .txt
contact file

File -> Import and Export -> Import from another program or file

The list of available file types will then be displayed.
