How to implement IPSec with vpn connection

Hi,

I've successfully established a VPN connection but in dire need for
some simple instructions on how to use IPSec. Also, how does one
generate a publey key. Can I use my PGP key?
Appreciate any help.

Note that XP Pro cannot be a "server" when using NAT-Traversal as this
support is for the server OS only...
