How to I upgrade Business Contact Manager?

When trying to re-install BCM, it says that database migration was
unsuccessful. I have tried everything I know to do and nothing seems to work
so far. Any suggestions?

Hi

Can you provide more information as to which version of BCM you are
currently using and which version you are trying to upgrade to.

Thanks.

Thank you for responding to my question. I am using BCM 2003 and when I
downloaded updates, it had an update for BCM back a few months ago and I
haven't been able to udpate it or actually use it ever since. I hope this
helps...

Hi Talitha,

To help, I am afraid I may still need more information from you.
Can you tell me which version of Office do you have? Would it be 2003, or
2007?

I understand that you are unable to use BCM 2003 after an update a few
months ago and that BCM migration would fail. If it is possible, can you go
into your Outlook's Help menu, and click on "About Business Contact Manager",
and let me know the version number of BCM?

Thank you,

Thanks John for the reply. It won't even let me open BCM at this point. I
am running Office 2003 Professional. Outlook 11.8010.8036 SP2 is what we are
running to be specific. Thanks for your input!
