How to I show the order amount in a simple running tally report?

Hello: I am creating a simple report that shows me:

- Order ID
- Order Date
- Order Amount (This is a calculated field consisting of
ordersubtotal+tax+freight)

But the Order Amount field in the report is always empty. I don't know what
I'm doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You!
 
I don't see where OrderSubTotal, Tax, and Freight are coming from and a
expect your report can't either.

Without more information, no one can help you.
