how to I make webpages in FrontPage 2003 ADA compliant

I work for a government agency and have to upgrade information on our
website. How do I make sure the material is ADA compliant?
 
Follow the Section 508 standards for Web-based intranet and internet
information and applications:

the FrontPage 2003 Accessibility checker as you go along:
