how to I customize the "Reply to All" button

Hello ,
When I click "Reply To all" button, The people who were in the CC list
in the incoming mail now shows in the "To" rather than in the CC list.
I agree this should be the case but if some one has a idea to chnge the way
it works.

What I meant was , if a mail comes to me and there were 5 people in the
CC list , now when i want to reply to the same mail , the "to" fields should
contain the original sender, and the people who were in the CC list should
stoill be in CC list.

If what I understand from your reply is the "REPLY to ALL" button is not for
purpose I am looking for , So if you know a way how to go about doing it,
that would be very helpful to me.

I dont think I have any add-ins installed.

But I guess is is strange that it works fine with you, becuase people I know
using the same version of outlook are having the same problem.

Are they all within your office or using the same email server? Does it
happen on all messages or just some? If only on some, what is the common
thread between them - same mail client, same server etc.

guessed right everything is common regarding to email
