While it'll depand on your version of outlook, you should be able to do
this. I just checked on my version (2k3) and what you do is go to
Tools | Options. Click on the mail format tab. At the top, change
your Message Format to HTML, and you just below that, in the Stationary
and Fonts section, you should be able to select a stationary.
