how to hide other email addesses when sending

I usually send to multiple people when sending an emai and I want to block
the recipiants from seeing the other email adresses. How do I do this? I know
it is possible as I have done it in the past, but can no longer find the
instructions.

Open a new message
Select 'VIEW" on the menu bar
Select 'BCC FIELD'

when you send a message add all of your addressees in the BCC field, that
way they only see their own address, no others are sent to them.
