how to hide my contacts when sending an email ?

every time i recieve an email i get thousands of other peoples contacts. so
out of comon curtousy i delete them before sending my email forward. i would
like to know if there is a way for me to hide my contacts when sending an
email for the privacy of my friends and family.
 
Well...I am going to give you the only answer available.

Use the BCC.

Next time include your version of outlook...
