How to have the LINKS toolbar expanded on the screen

From IE v5.0 on win2000 the LINKS toolbar was expanded on
the top header of the window.
Now w/ IE v6.0 on XP, the links only shows as a collapsed
single hotspot,
Can this be expanded as before?

Dannevada,
Grab the little vertical bar at the left edge of the LINKS
bar and drag it downwards. It should pop down into the
next row.
