How to have my Outlook folders, contacts, and manage emails on 2 c

diI have Outlook on my PC. I am managing my e mails, files, folders
accordingly. I need to be able to have all of the same folders, contacts, etc
on my laptop. I alos need to be able to process e mails from either machine.
I don't kow how to do that. Can someone please help?
