Hi,

I am trying to to do the following with Outlook 2003 and a POP3 account...

Under 'Advanced E-mail options' you have the option 'In folders other than
the Inbox, save replies with original message'... With this option selected
I want to have my replies send to an e-mail being grouped...

Like...

+Mail from: (e-mail address removed) Subject: Test 1
My reply: (e-mail address removed) Re: Test 1
His reply
+Mail from: (e-mail address removed) Subject: Test 2
My reply: (e-mail address removed) Re: Test2
His reply ...

Is this possible with Outlook 2003?? If yes, will it also work for mails in
the 'Inbox' ?

Thanks in advance for your time and help.

Regards,

Billy

it should work, but it's best if you try it for yourself and make sure it
works as you expect.

Well, It's actually not working as I wish... It groups mails by sender or by
received mail address...

Isn't there a possibility to activate threading???

even if you use By Conversation grouping? click on the field names at the
top of the list and choose Conversation.

Excellent... Diane this one works... This is exactly what I was looking
after... I had to create a rule for the inbox that every mail I send is
copied to my inbox, otherwise it's not working for my mails in 'Inbox'
(minor issue, easily solved)...

Thanks Diane and Ian for your replies. Have a great weekend!

Regards,

Billy
