How to get the word count toolbar on Word 2007?

How do you get word count on Microsoft Word 2007?

It's actually in the lower-left corner on the status bar.

In your status bar (bottom of the window), you should see Words: 0.
Click it and the Word Count dialog opens.
You can also find it on the Review tab, Proofing group, Word Count.

Right click on the status bar and select the items that you want to appear
there. Word count is one of them.
