How to get rid of the warning:"program tries to access email addr

Any time, i try to open a new e-mail message or reply to an existing one it
displays the warning: "A program is trying to access your email addresses in
Outlook. Do you want to allow it? Yes or Not?" This started just recently.

How to get rid of that warning?

Have you installed anything that works with your email program? I know when
we installed a digital signature software we started getting those too, but I
don't know if there's a way to turn it off.
