Greetings!

I would appreciate if anybody can help me with getting rid of the Icon
which I have on my taskbar. Everytime I start my computer its there
always and when i try to close it, it does not go away. The icons reads
"Updates are ready for your computer. Click here to install these
updates". When I open Task Manager and try to end the program, its
comes up again. Any help?

Thanks to all of you taking time to read this.

This is the automatic updates icon telling you it's downloaded updates and
it's ready to install.

Two ways spring to mind

(1) click it, install the updates, and if it says it needs to reboot your
computer, do so

(2) disable Windows Automatic Updates in control panel

I would do (and on my own PC already do) #1 - the whole point of automatic
updates is to keep your machine up to date with critical patches.
