My boss lost the CD for Outlook 07. He still has the original box with the
key and it has never been installed. He has since bought Office basic and
doesn't need Outlook. I want to get his Outlook key so I can buy Office Home
and have Outlook also but I need the CD to install. Will MS send me a new CD
or can someone give me a copy legally.

Yes it is the full retail slide open box (bought at Office Depot (or Max) I
believe). Is there a phone number I can call or an e-mail address? I could
only find a pay for support e-mail address and have no idea where to go.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/302822 (found with a google [or live search]
of "microsoft office replacement cd")

Whoever you bought it from as long as they are a legimate Microsoft Reseller
(Usually refeered to as partner) can at a nominal fee order you a new disk
with proper documentation. This is the only way that you may obtain a copy
that is legal without buying a full retail version of outlook. So find your
reciept. box, and most importantly Certificate of Authenticity which should
on single user copies be accompied with the product id. Then get ahold of
whoever you bought it from. If you have problems the only other recourse is
to see if 1 (800) ru legit number can help you.
