How to get more in the Automatic Formatting to color e-mail's fro.

I would like to color code each facility/client, family, office and such
e-mail I get in my inbox but the number Outlook gives is not enough then
changes all to one color when I get to their limit. Is there a way to get
more to add to the automatic formatting, and I don't mean the add button I
know how to use that but need to add a few more but they say I can't?
 
The number of automatic formatting rules is limited. You can't add more.
