I guess that makes it a bit difficult to get the hotfix. I expected to copy
and paste a line that says, "To get this hotfix, contact Microsoft..." To
the OP, if that is what you're seeing, do just what it says. Indicate that
you are requesting the hotfix because of the KB article, and there will be
no charge.
