How to get header to print with details on messages sent?

I cannot get the header with date, time, subject, receiver etc to print on
some emails that I send.
However, on other emails there is no problem. I am sure that it is just a
minor configuration problem, however I cannot work it out.
I am using Outlook 2003.

Do you have IE7 installed? Reason I ask is that I do see this behavior
intermittently when IE7 is installed and certain HTML formatted messages.
 
neo, yes I do have IE7 installed and perhaps I should send the messages in
either rich or plain format.

On the received messages, you can convert to plain text if you need to print
the header. Outside of that, don't have a solution for you in regards to
the problem. (I've only seen it once and it was between 2 people in the same
exchange org.)
