At my last job, we had a button on the tool bar that when you opened a
message you could click Forward and it would show you all mesages you replied

When i use advance find now, i only see my messages sent, i cant find the
replies from my customers???

I have no clue how hitting forward would should all the replied mail... how
about right clicking on a message in the message list and choosing find all
? There are options for all from sender and for all in thread.

Which version of Outlook?
Are you looking for messages you replied to or replies to your messages from
others?
The Activities tab in the open Contacts form can be useful as can using the
Journal to track email.

Right-click on a message you want to find related info for and then choose
Find All | Related Messages should do the same.

Odd. It's working here on both when I use it on a sent item that I know
there are replies to received and replies sent. I get results from both the
Inbox and Sent Items.
I can't bring up Advanced
Have you thought of using the Activities tab on the Outlook Contact as an
alternative.

I can't see the screenshot. Don't post it here - put it on a web site and
post a link.
I haven't heard of what you describe before. I'd say it's a 3rd party add-in
or customization done by the company.
Try a Google and see if you can locate it.
