how to get contacts to show up in the "Show Names From The"

We just upgraded to Outlook 2003 and when I send an email and click on "To" which takes me to "Show Names From The" my "Contacts" are not available only "Recipients". Does anyone know how to get my "Contacts" to show up as an option in the "Show Names From The" box? Please advise. Thanks!
 
Have you enabled this folder as an email address book in its properties?
