how to get back old emails and contacts

hello everyone

i set up my email account on a new user log in. now i am not able to see any of my previous emails or contacts but my account is working fine. can anyone please tell me how to migrate my old data into this new one. I am using outlook 2007 and have windows service pack 2 on my computer.

plz help
 
Do you still have your data file? If so, use File > Open from Outlook and
browse to the file.
