how to get automatic sentence case in numbered list

In WORD 2002, when I set automatic numbering in lists the sentences appear
automatically in lower case. I want automatic sentence case.
 
No can do. They changed the design because a lot of people didn't want
sentence case in numbered lists. You'll have to use the Shift key.
