How to get a single Group Policy report for entire Domain?

How do you get a report showing the active group policies on the
domain on one screen or printout and also showing which users/
computers have each policy in effect.
I only see how to get a report on a single user or computer at a time.

Hello (e-mail address removed),

If you use GPMC you have a total overview which policies are placed where,
and you can view and also print them out.

I looked at that, but if there are a large number of OUs, it's very
time consuming to click every OU to expand the display so you can see
the GPOs hidden inside them.
Is there a shortcut to "expand all" so you can quickly view the
contents of all the OUs?
