how to forward messages when moved into a folder?

I have outlook 2003. There is a folder off of my in box. What I would like
to happen is when I move a message into that folder from my inbox, the
message then will be forwarded to a set email address and left in the
folder. Is there a way to set this up?

Can you not do that via a rule when the message arrives? Forward the
message and move it to the folder.

That is the problem I do not know what messages I want to do this on when
they arrive. I want to manually move them to a folder and then have them
forwarded if they are moved into that folder.

The you'll need to write the code for that yourself, or perhaps there's some
