How to force Sync. the object in AD

After I have create a number of users & Groups, is it possible to manual
force sync the AD object?

have a look at:
repadmin /replsingleobj <DC_LIST> <dsa-source-guid> <obj dn>
OR
readpmin /syncall <DC> [<Naming Context>] [<flags>]
