How to flip between pc speakers and headset for zx-6000?

I would like to know if it is possible to switch between pc speakers and the
speaker on the zx-6000 headset. If so how can I do this... I am running xp
home on my laptop. I do demonstrations and at times skype from the office
with a group and they also need to hear what's going on, so I need to switch
from my earpiece to my pc's speakers so that we can all hear what is being
said.
 
You have to unplug the headset if you want to use PC speakers and vice
versa. There is no software, tools or switches as such.
