how to fix 'loss' email datetime error after import from outlook

After goolged, to avoid email datetime 'loss' from OE export to OL, the
solution is use OE to export email and then import to OL rather that direct
import from OL.
My question is, if emails had direct imported to OL already, had any method
to fix the 'loss' datetime email (rather than export -> import again)?

Once done its done
You Export msgs from OE directly to OL (there is no export>import) in order
to retain dates
