The problem may not be in your Realplayer. Are you certain you actually have
a valid right to play those files? I ask because it is possible that DRM is
blocking your Realplayer. Or perhaps they are in a folder to which you do
not have permission?
However, to get a complete answer you should look for a forum which supports
your Realplayer. I'd try their website.
