Your copy of the Windows XP Operating System may have been installed with
certain logging features enabled. If so, then you may be able to determine
the time that your PC was used. However, the question would be appropriate
for a newsgroup devoted to Windows XP, not this one, which is for Questions,
Answers, and Discussion of Microsoft Office Access database software. The
online interface you used makes it easy to get to the wrong newsgroup,
especially this one, first in the list... try again, and scroll down until
you find a newsgroup about the Windows XP Operating System. Good luck.

It is entirely possible that you are asking a similar question to "Will
anyone who is not here please respond "absent" when their name is called?"
