How to find Pseudonyms in Word 2003

I have used earlier versions of MS Word and been able to find Pseudonyms in
Tools>language> but in Word 2003 I cannot find how to access them if they
are there.
 
I'm guessing maybe you're referring to synonyms? For those you should look
at Tools | Language | Thesaurus.

select the word for which you want a synonym and SHIFT-F7 to get the
thesaurus (similar to F7 alone for spellcheck)
