How to find process using thread?

We're running Cold Fusion Server 5 on Win2k Server. It allows us 10
threads. We only use three for specific task. However, the Windows
monitoring software will display that CF is using 7 to 9 threads. We
restart WWW Service and sometimes this will drop but sometimes
continue to spike.

How can we find out which processes are using these extra CF threads?
