how to find ip address

hello everyone, can any body help ,im trying to on the internet but some
times it takes a long time or it wont load up at all, can any body tell me
how to find my ip address so i dont have to ring one of their very exspensive
support lines thanks

Start>Run>cmd [enter]
ipconfig /all [enter]
