How to find blank emails in Outlook 2003?

My companies email server generates blank emails to me on occasion and
I was wondering if anyone knows a way to use the 'find' function (or
some other way) to find all the "blank emails" that I have on my pst
file so I can delete them all at one time. (Or maybe even a vba
function would be good.)

Thanks,
Chet

Are the subjects blank as well? If so, just sort your folder but subject.
All the blank subjects will be collected together.

I would suggest setting up a rule that acts on receipt. Make multiple rules
to check the sender (Server Administrator) then to check the size of the mail
(0 - 3kb or whatever the other email sizes are, they would all be
consistent). If these emails are are being sent with a subject, just get
the rule to search by text in subject. Either way, have them all moved to
the Deleted Items Folder. That way you can double check them at the end of
the day before they are removed or if your confident enough, have them
completed removed all together.
