How to extract separated text by many commas in Excel?

Please help me!
I have the following text in a cell:
Cell A1: PHUM POU BAK KA, KHUM DAMREI CHOAN KHLA, SROK STUENG SAEN, KAMPONG THOM

Result i want:

Cell B1: i want this --> KAMPONG THOM (i want to extract the right text after comma; including space)
Cell B2: i want this --> STUENG SAEN ( i want to extract text that is before the right text, exclude the text SROK that is after STUENG SAEN)
