Hi exported from Computer#1's Outlook calendar to a pst file, then
imported it into Computer#2. Works fine. I then made some changes to
Computer#1's calendar and repeated the transfer. Unfortunately,
Computer#2 thinks all the appointments are new, even the unchanged
ones. So I have duplicated and triplicated appointments. I'd like to
erase all appointments before importing the pst file. I haven't found
an obvious way to erase all appointments. Thanks for any pointers to
how I can do this.

a) Either create a new view, or select one of the views that displays as a
table, and then Click on the first, shift click on the last, and delete.

b) Rather than Import/Export, which is known to cause problems, copy the
PST over and open it and drag/drop the entries from one pst to the other.

You might take a look at The "Outlook Data Files" View. You can get to it
by right clicking on the Menu Bar -> Put Check Mark in Advance -> then
Select "Outlook Data Files" from the drop down menu. From that view you can
highlight all or any of them by many criteria to handle.
