how to enter a design name in html code

How do you enter a name in fp 2003 in the html code Like a designer name so
if you see the code any where you know it is made from you
 
just set your cursor above the closing </head> tag and add one of these:
http://www.meta-tag.net/descriptions.php

or you could put an HTML comment in your page;
whatever you want to say surrounded with <!-- and -->
like; <!-- I wrote this contact me via (e-mail address removed) -->
